Global 5K

One of my good friends Jill Butler put together a 5K run to support missions in our church. She went to Cambodia with our missions team last December and has been on fire for missions ever since. She did a phenomenal job putting together this event and brought in people from all over Palm Coast to support missions and spreading the love of Christ to other countries.

This was Darren and Angie's first 5K. So proud of them!

Bootcamp

This is Jenni & James Allen. I started personal training sessions with James when I was six weeks pregnant with Zachary. He put together safe workouts to keep me in shape and healthy throughout my pregnancy.

Now that Zach is here I do jandJ's bootcamp at 9am throughout the week. It is a tough but awesome workout. Zachary and Ayden have lots of fun with James and Jenni too!

So thankful for their knowledge and passion for fitness!

Sweet Addie Grace

Our good friends Chris & April Brower just came home from China with their new baby girl Addie Grace. I remember the day April told me they decided to start the adoption process. It has been amazing to see them step forward in faith knowing God had a plan for their family.

Addie is such an amazing little girl. She lights up the room with her adorable personality and big beautiful eyes. You would never know she has not been a Brower from birth.

We are so happy for the Brower family...all five of them:-)
